Shipping Policy
All orders
are processed and shipped in the order they are received. All fitness
equipment shipped by Customized Fitness is in working order. Customized
Fitness is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping. Any
and all damage must be noted on freight bill at time of arrival at its
destination. If item is damaged, you must accept the delivery and note
it on freight bill for insurance claims. This will allow Customized
Fitness the opportunity to help you repair the damaged product at your
location and to avoid your return fees. All damages or shortage,
customer must file out claims with Freight Company. Customized Fitness
will do everything possible to assist you. Normal shipping time is
between 1 to 3 weeks. Shipped date depends on status of equipment at
time order is placed and can take up to 3 weeks. Please allow 2 to 6
weeks to receive equipment.
Delivery
All
items ordered, will be delivered to the customer's specified address
unless otherwise noted.The customer may require minor assembly unless
the optional shipping upgrade is purchased at the time of order.
Upgrades to delivery cannot be made after the item ships. All cardio
and strength equipment is carefully wrapped, then shipped to you via
common carrier to your home or business. Someone must be available at
the time of delivery. If no one is available, customers will be charged
for a return delivery fee. You may be liable for storage fees until you
can respond, if Delivery Company is unable to reach you to arrange
delivery. Failure to return the call from the freight company will
result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for.
Refused Shipments
A
20% cancellation & restocking fee for any cancellation made after
product ships or refusal of a product for any reasons including damaged
is subject to. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
This applies to the actual shipping costs. There are NO REFUNDS for any
shipping expenses. If item is damaged, you must accept the delivery and
note it on freight bill for insurance claims. This will allow us the
opportunity to help you repair the damaged product at your location and
to avoid your return fees. If the product is returned to us, it must be
in the same condition received along with packing material. If it is
not is same condition, you may be charged for services to replace it in
original condition.
