products are warrantied from the date of purchase, unless otherwise
noted in invoice. All parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole
discretion of Customized Fitness. Above warranty applies to the
original purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty is NULL and VOID if
damage is caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, alterations to the
product, abnormal conditions, acts of God, or lack of preventative
maintenance described by the manufacturer. Labor is not covered under
your warranty. Customized Fitness will recommend a qualified technician
from our National Service Network. All parts must be shipped to
Customized Fitness.Parts will be sent to you via UPS Ground (Next Day
and Second Day Delivery Service is available at customers expense).

All
used equipment are serviced, cleaned, tested and guaranteed in working
condition otherwise noted. Some equipment condition may vary and have
some cosmetic flaws. Others may be nearly new. All used equipment is as
is.
* Wear items include drive belts, running belts, decks, cables and upholstery.
